How do I join?
All you need to do is create an account here.

Will I receive anything for joining?
You will enjoy entry perks, birthday gifts, discounts, double point day offers, early bird access to sales, and early bird access to new products.
How do I earn points?
You will receive Habit Points for every pound you spend, which you can then redeem to get Habit Rewards which include discounts on future purchases. You can also earn Habit Points by creating an account, signing up for our email list, and following us on our socials.

How do I redeem Habit Points?
Redeem your Habit Points at checkout when shopping for your favourite Habitual Skin products.
Make sure you are signed into your Habit Society account to redeem discounts.

How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on the top of the launcher panel on the left-hand side of the website.
How do points convert to dollars?
To put it simply, 1 point = £1.
Is there a limit on how many points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.
If I'm an existing Habitual Skin customer, will I start with 0 points?
Yes, you will start the program at 0 points.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points?
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Why did my account balance go down?
You cancelled or returned a purchase.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enrol you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Can I use my Habit Rewards with other promotions or coupons?
Habit Rewards cannot be combined with any promotional offers that require a promo code.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Once your cart is full, go back to your pop-up panel, click ways to Redeem, click View on whichever coupon you would like to use (only one per order) click Redeem, Apply code, and the discount will automatically be added to your cart.
